Ivanhoe is a beautiful small town with several private lakes nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas.

IPOIA is the Ivanhoe Property Owners Improvement Association, which is

dedicated to improving and maintaining our private parks and lakes for the enjoyment of our association members.
