Mark your calendars for Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, 10:00 for the IPOIA Annual Meeting and Election. Members who have paid their Maintenance Fees are eligible to vote on the 2026 Annual Budget and 1 property sale.

Absentee ballots will be available Sat. Jan. 31, Wed. Feb. 4, and Sat. Feb 7. Come to the office 10-3 Sat. or 10-1 Wed. if you need one. We provide a pre-addressed envelope for you to mail your ballot to the Election Judge. Members receiving absentee ballots will not receive one at the election.
